1. Introduction
This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”), together with the terms of use, describes the Company’s policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of the information provided by Users and Visitors (as defined herein below) of the Platforms. The Company shall not use the User’s information in any manner except as provided under this Privacy Policy. Every User who accesses or uses the Platforms shall be bound by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is published pursuant to:
- Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
- User data protecting applicable Indian law, particularly the IT Act, 2000 and SPDI Rules
- Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPI Rules”); and
- Regulation 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011
- This Privacy Policy sets out the type of information collected from the Users, including the nature of the sensitive personal data or information, the purpose, means and modes of usage of such information, and how and to whom the Company shall disclose such information.
2. Information We Collect
The Privacy Policy applies to information collected and processed by the Company consisting of the following:
- Personal information is information related to a visitor, or a combination of pieces of information that could reasonably allow him to be identified. Personal information may consist of:
- Full name
- Personal contact numbers
- Residential address
- Location (country, state, district, legislative assembly, gramapanchayath / municipality, ward)
- Email address
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Sensitive personal data or information is such personal information that is collected, received, stored, transmitted, or processed by the Company, consisting of:
- Password
- Financial information (bank account or credit card or debit card or other payment instrument details)
- Physical, physiological, and mental health condition
- Sexual orientation
- Medical records and history
- Biometric information
- Any detail relating to the above personal information categories as provided to the Company for providing service (e.g., ID cards, Aadhar card, PAN card, driving license)
- Any of the information received under the above personal information categories by the Company for processing, stored, or processed under lawful contract or otherwise
- Publicly available information:
Please note that any information that is freely available or accessible in the public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005, or any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as sensitive personal information.
3. User's Information
The use of and access to the Platforms and other services provided by the Company are subject to the following conditions:
- Acceptance of Terms: A condition of each User’s use of and access to the Platforms and the Services is their acceptance of the Terms of Use, which also involves acceptance of this Privacy Policy. Any User who does not agree with any provisions of the Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy is advised not to accept the Terms and may leave the Platforms.
- Voluntary Information: While browsing the Platforms, a User is not required to provide personal information (as outlined in paragraphs 4.1 and 4.2) unless they choose to avail or sign up for any of the Services. All information provided to the Company by the User, including personal and personally identifiable information, is voluntary. The User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, as outlined in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. It is the User’s responsibility to exercise caution when providing personally identifiable information about themselves or their family members when using any of the Services. The Company disclaims liability for any content, messages, or actions resulting from the User’s participation in any Services.
- Access, Modification, and Elimination of Data: Users have the right to access, modify, correct, or eliminate any personal data collected by the Company upon their decision to become a User. Any grievances related to the information shared by the User with the Company may be brought to the attention of the grievance officer, as per Clause 8 of this Privacy Policy.
- Payment Information: For the use of Services and the purchase of Products, Users may need to make payments through credit card, wire transfer, or debit card via a third-party payment gateway provider. The third-party payment provider may collect financial information from the User, including credit/debit card numbers or bank account details (referred to as "Financial Information"). The Company only uses this Financial Information for billing and payment processes. The verification of Financial Information is done solely by the User through an authentication process, with the Company having no involvement.
- Ongoing Collection of Information: Personal information, personally identifiable information, and/or Financial Information may be collected by the Company on an ongoing basis, without the need for separate consent from the User for the following reasons:
- To set up, manage, and offer products and enhance the Services to meet the User’s needs.
- To identify the User, understand their needs, and resolve any disputes, if applicable.
- To provide ongoing service and support.
4. Use of Information
The Company may collect, use, and process the information provided by Users for the following purposes:
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: To resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems related to the Platforms and Services.
- Transaction Assistance: To assist the Company in collecting payments from Users for transactions carried out on the Platforms.
- Promotions and Offers: To keep Users informed about the Company’s (or third parties’) promotions and offers.
- Customization of User Experience: To customize and personalize the User's experience on the Platforms based on their preferences and usage patterns.
- Error, Fraud, and Criminal Activity Protection:
- To detect and protect the Company from errors, fraud, and other criminal activities.
- To enforce the Terms of Use and ensure the Platforms’ secure operation.
- Financial Information Security:
The Financial Information collected from Users is processed through secure digital platforms of approved payment gateways, which are under encryption, ensuring compliance with reasonably expected technology standards. While the Company makes reasonable efforts to protect personal and financial information with prescribed security measures, the User is advised to exercise discretion when providing such information, as the internet is susceptible to security breaches.
- Collection of Website Usage Data:
The Company automatically receives information such as the uniform resource locator (URL) of the site from which a User visits the Platforms, the website being visited upon leaving, the User’s internet protocol (IP) address, operating system, browser type, and the name of the User’s internet service provider. This data is used solely to analyze trends and help improve the Services. Personal identifiable information linked to IP addresses is not shared with third parties unless required by law or to facilitate Services. However, aggregate findings may be shared with advertisers and partners in unidentifiable form.
- Cookies and Browser Settings:
Users may set their browsers to delete or disable cookies, but this may impair or restrict access to certain areas of the Platforms. Closing the web browser should typically clear all temporary cookies, but Users are encouraged to use the “clear cookies” functionality of their browsers to ensure deletion.
- Advertisement and Third-Party Data Use:
The Company may allow third-party companies to serve advertisements to Users. These include advertisement servers, agencies, technology vendors, and research firms. Advertisements may be targeted based on general profiles, but personally identifiable information is not used for targeted ads. Third parties may place unique cookies to optimize advertisements, and data may be shared for marketing or operational needs.
- Control Over Linked Websites:
The Company does not exercise control over the websites displayed as search results or links within the Services. These websites may place their own cookies or collect personal/financial information, for which the Company is not responsible. The inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement by the Company, nor does it guarantee the accuracy or quality of the information on those websites.
- Location Data Collection:
When a User visits or uses the Platforms, the Company may access, collect, monitor, and remotely store location data, including GPS coordinates or similar information from the User’s device. However, this data does not collect or share personally identifiable information about the User.
- Telephone Records:
The Company may keep records of telephone calls received from or made to Users for the purpose of administering Services, conducting research and development, training, business intelligence, or User administration. These records may be shared with third parties when required by law or to provide the Services.
- Contests and Surveys:
The Company may conduct optional surveys or contests to collect information about the Users' preferences. If Users choose to participate, their responses will be anonymous. The demographic information provided will be used to help improve the Services.
- Collection of Personal Data from Children:
The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Only persons above the age of 18 are permitted to use the Services as provided in the Terms of Use. If, in contravention of the Terms of Use, a person below the age of 18 uses the Services, the Company shall not be held liable for any damage or injury suffered by such person in using the Platforms and Services.
- Responsibility for Third-Party Actions:
The Company shall not be responsible for any breach of security or any action of third parties that receive Users’ personal data. This includes events beyond the Company’s control, such as government actions, computer hacking, unauthorized access, data breaches, etc.
- Disclosure to Government Authorities:
The Company may be required to disclose personal or financial information to governmental institutions or authorities when requisitioned by law or judicial decree, or when deemed necessary by the Company to protect its rights or prevent harm to persons or property, to fight fraud, or to enforce the Terms of Use.
- Sharing Information with Other Parties:
The Company may share or use personal information and personally identifiable information provided by Users with Other Parties for the following purposes:
- Enabling Users to enjoy the Services and use the Products, including sharing information with Other Parties to provide services, technical support, etc., in relation to the Products.
- Detecting and preventing identity theft, fraud, or any other potentially illegal acts.
- Monitoring and enhancing User interest and engagement, including through promotional activities and personal messages to Users using personally identifiable information provided by Users.
- Processing the purchase of Products on the Platforms.
To the extent that Other Parties have access to personal information, the Company shall make efforts to ensure that the Other Parties treat such personal information at least as protectively as they treat personally identifiable information obtained from their own users or members.
- Business Merger or Acquisition:
In the event that the Company or its affiliates merge with or are acquired by another business entity, personal information may be transferred to the new entity. The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the new entity protects User information in compliance with applicable laws.
- Transfer of Information and Privacy Policy Updates:
- Reorganization & Asset Transfer:The Company may disclose or transfer the personal and other information provided by Users to any third party as part of a reorganization, sale of assets, division, or transfer of a part or whole of the Company. Any third party to which the Company transfers or sells its assets will have the right to continue using the personal and other information that Users provide.
- Employee & Data Processor Confidentiality:All Company employees and data processors who have access to and are associated with the processing of personal information or Financial Information provided by Users are obliged to respect the confidentiality of every User’s data.
- Privacy Policy & Terms of Use:The User’s visit to and/or use of the Platforms and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. The Company may update this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without advance notice.

- 1. Changes to the Privacy Policy: We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted in the app, and we encourage you to review it regularly.
- 2. Your Rights:
- Access, update, or delete your personal information.
- Withdraw consent for certain data processing activities.
- 3. Data Security: We implement robust security measures, including encryption and secure data storage, to protect your information. Despite this, no system can guarantee complete security.
- 4. Sharing Your Information: We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share your data with:
- Third-party service providers (e.g., payment gateways, logistics).
- Legal authorities when required by law.
- 5. How We Use Your Information: We use your information to:
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery.

Company's Commitment to Data Privacy
- V. Data Storage and Access: All information collected from Users is maintained in electronic form on servers and/or cloud systems and is accessible only to authorized Company employees. The Company takes commercially reasonable steps to ensure that User information is confidential.
- W. Testimonials and Reviews: By providing testimonials and reviews, Users consent to the Company reproducing or publishing them along with the User's name and location. The Company may edit or paraphrase such testimonials for publication. If there are concerns about the publication, Users can contact the Company at customerservice@slrassociates101.com.
- X. Visitor Information: No personal or financial information is automatically collected from visitors browsing the Platforms. However, Visitors are still subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy. If Visitors do not agree with the privacy practices, they are required to leave the Platforms.
- Y. Users vs Visitors: A User is defined as any Visitor who willingly submits personal or financial information to the Company. Such Users will be treated as subject to all the statements in this Privacy Policy.
- Z. Data Clearing for Visitors: Visitors who have inadvertently browsed the Platforms before reading the privacy statements may clear temporary cookies by quitting the Platforms. Visitors are encouraged to use the “clear cookies” functionality on their browsers.
- 1. International Access: If accessing the Platforms from outside India, it is your responsibility to ensure that your access does not violate local or national laws in the region.
